Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of services provided by Technology Within Limited. By engaging our managed IT support, cloud, and cyber security services, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
1. Provision of Services
Technology Within Limited provides technology services as defined in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or service agreement, including support, maintenance, infrastructure management, and related consulting services.
2. Service Timelines
Any implementation dates or delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Delays caused by third-party providers, client-side dependencies, or approved scope changes may affect timelines.
3. Fees and Payment
Clients agree to pay all fees in accordance with the invoicing terms in their agreement. Recurring service fees are due per the agreed billing cycle. Third-party software, licensing, hosting, or vendor charges remain the client's responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to systems, accounts, and personnel reasonably required for service delivery. Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of information they provide and for maintaining lawful use of their systems and data.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the notice period set out in the applicable agreement. Upon termination, access and deliverables will be handled in accordance with the contract, subject to settlement of any outstanding amounts owed to Technology Within Limited.
